Returns Policy

At Mila Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note: final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@mila-collection.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, item details, and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Mila Collection is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
